Al Alia was established in 1997 as an Egyptian Joint Stock Company with an initial capital investment of 20 Million Egyptian Pounds.  Al Alia manages its first and main project Mahmya, in 2017 the second project Mahmya Beach and has one more project under construction: The Mountain Residence.
